Calling for Christmas Creativity
The Gingerbread Contest Is Back -- Pick Your Size!
We are simplifying our contest this year: Classic and Village
The answer to our most frequent questions: village gingerbread houses must be at least 60% cardboard, no edible pieces, and stay within the dimensional confines of 4 ft x 4 ft x 6 ft (Max dimensions reduced as of 10/14/2026 -- if you've already been planning and started building with the previous dimensions, please email recreation@bethelparkpa.gov ASAP to prevent disqualification!)
Classic gingerbread houses must remain 12 in x 12 in x 12 in and will be displayed on a table in the lobby.

The official vote will happen on Saturday, December 5th during our annual Tree Lighting!
More rules and updates to follow, but we're very much looking forward to everyone's creations.
